Beer Bread

A while ago we were invited by our friends over at  Snowberry Inn invited us to be a vendor at an event. When we got their they had prepared a a few loaves of beer bread for us to sample our jams on. We got so much positive feedback on the bread and jam pairings that we decided to try our own version and it turned out very well! But don't take our word for it use this recipe to make your own beer bread to enjoy with O-Town Jam!

3 cups flour (sifted)
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 cup sugar
12 ozs of your favorate beer
1⁄2 cup melted butter (1/4 cup will do just fine)
